Passing by the two younger trolls on her way over to the cabinets, grabbing a few spices and cans. She’d rummage around for a bit before finding a large pot to put all her new acquired loot, turning to walk over towards the fridge. Once in front of the fridge the cerulean would open it and grab several food items from it, to be perfectly honest mindfang was unsure about most of it but it did not stop her from grabbing things that looked familiar putting them all in the pot too. Passing the two young trolls yet again, ducking under the first door frame and then opening up the main doors only to duck under that as well. [br] [br] 07:15:17
[color=#005682] The pirate would make her way back to her galleon, once at the rope ladder the marquise would hold the pot in one hand and start to climb, it was not the ceruleans first time climbing a ladder with something although the pot was definitely easier than a squirming troll slave. After she made it to the top, setting the pot down on the ledge so that she could easily get up onto the deck. Taking a small break to stretch for a second, once her stretch was over the serket would bend over and grab the pot yet again and head over towards the galley. Going down a few sets of stairs, once in the galley the pirate would start prepping all the things she had acquired from the massive hive and grab several other things in the storage places along the galley. [color=#005682] As to not get her attire dirty from cooking, the marquise would take her hat off and her gloves, setting them down nearby if needed. Grabbing an apron and putting that on, the cerulean would then start her task. Make a nice dinner for her and the strider, first thing’s first hand washing as it would be in poor taste to serve food after being exposed to whatever germs. Also deciding to clean out the pots and several pans in case, cleanliness is a must in any kitchen especially one on her galleon. Now that everything was properly cleaned and wiped down to ensure it was dry, mindfang would start filling the now empty half full with water and add some broth bouillon cubes. Moving the pot onto the stovetop next to her, keeping it off for now, the serket would then walk over to where the utensils were stored and grab several knives, a cutting board and a peeler. After obtaining those items, it was time to cut and dice several potatoes, onions and carrots. Due to her ship still being stocked with things from her past life, she would toss several vegetables that would be considered unknown to humans. They shouldn’t be toxic or cause any issues to humans, so the strider should be fine.[br] [br] 07:15:36
[color=#005682]Mindfang would then grab some meat that she had stolen from the mansion refrigerator, cutting that up into cubes. Once all the preparations for the stew were done, she would toss it all in the pot and turn the stovetop on, setting a lid on it so it may start cooking. Now onto the next part of the cooking project, walking over to grab one of the various frying pans and setting it on another burner on the stovetop. Walking back over to grab some olive oil and the fish that had also been stolen from the mansion refrigerator, she’d set the olive oil down for now, taking the fish and descaling it, deboning and cutting it into cubes. Once that was done, the pirate would move to get a bowl and some other ingredients to make some batter.[br] [br] 07:15:48
[color=#005682] The serket soon would pick up the olive oil and go back over to the pan, putting said oil into it and turning that burner on as well. She would then turn and go back to her previous task and start dunking the fish cubes into the batter making sure each one was evenly coated, setting them inside a nearby bowl, when the oil started to crackle. The marquise would take the bowl and grab a wooden spoon and start putting the battered covered fish cubes in the oil. While the first batch were cooking, she would quickly go get a plate and come back to set any of the now crispy fish cubes on said plate.[br] [br] 07:16:01
[color=#005682] Checking on the pot of stew and taking another spoon to test the taste after blowing on it, she would shrug and add extra spices to ensure it did not taste bland. Now onto the next thing on her list, a fruit bowl. She would wash the cutting board off first and use a different knife and start chopping up various alternian fruits, however, the pirate did steal some apples, some pears and a couple of oranges and also added them to the bowl. The oranges seemed to have given the pirate some trouble so she had hid them at the bottom due to her cutting into them and realizing that all she had to do was peel them. Oh well, not like she knew.[br] [br] 07:16:19
[color=#005682]After all the food prep was done, the pirate would make sure that it was all properly covered and that the stew was set at a low heat. She’d then take the apron off and start putting her hat and gloves back on, Deciding to go back up to the main deck. She would then go grab a table and chairs and set it up on said main deck. Walking over and up some stairs back to her quarters to grab some of the unopened human alcohol that Dave had forgotten to open and another bottle of highblood alcohol for herself along with two glasses she had grabbed on her way out. Setting the bottles and glasses down on the table, mindfang would make her way back down to the galley and grab some plates, bowls and eating utensils. Going right back up to set them on the table, the cerulean finally would sit down in one of the chairs and wait for Dave before bringing any of the food up so it can still remain hot. 07:16:23
