A faint black and white bubble effect would appear around the two for a few seconds before dissipating, its effects cancelling out nearby psionics for ten minutes. As this psionic device is powered by one of Altarborus’ god tier empowered crystals, it also effects god tier abilities, but does not completely nullify them.
